Safiniy-i `Irf?n is a collection of studies on the principle beliefs and Sacred Texts of the Baha'i Faith particularly papers presented at Irfan Colloquia. The Colloquia, sponsered by the Haj Mehdi Arjmand Memorial Fund, started in 1993 and are being held annually in North America and Europe in English, Persian, and German languages separately.

The Haj Mehdi Arjmand Memorial Fund was established in 1992 to honor Haj Mehdi Arjmand (1861-1941), a prominent teacher and scholar of the Baha'i Faith in Persia. Irfan is a Persian-Arabic word referring to mystical, theological and spiritual knowledge. Irfan Colloquia aim to foster study of the scriptures of the world's religions from a Baha'i perspective.
