One day, Maggie's teacher asks her students to bring in a memento - something that is very important to them - to share with the class. Maggie wants to find something that is just right. After much searching, she decides to turn to God for help. Will He help her find what she is looking for?

Patti Rae Tomarelli, the author of Maggie Celebrates Ayyam-i-Ha and Are You Happy? is a graphic designer by day and a children's writer by night. She expresses her childlike spirit through her creativity and enjoys baking cookies. She is the mother of three and a new grandmother of one. Pattie Rae lives in Boston, Massachusetts.

Wendy Cowper-Thomas, illustrator of Maggie Celebrates Ayyam-i-Ha, Colby's New Home, and The First Gift, most enjoys illustrating for children. She holds ongoing classes for children in her neighborhood and delights in learning prayers and quotations with her young friends who attend. She lives in the Great basin Desert of Nevada with her husband and son.
