The Pen of Glory is a compilation taken from the Writings of Bahá’u’lláh. The Tablets include Gems of Divine Mysteries, Tablet to Mánikchi Sáhib, Tablet to Mirza Abd’l-Fadl in response to questions of Mánikchi Sáhib, Tablet of the Seven Questions (Lawh-i-Haft Pursish), and two other tablets.
These Tablets were written in response to specific questions from people wishing to know more about the principles and teachings of the Bahá’í Faith. Most interesting is that these people came from various religious backgrounds, which provides the reader with a broad understanding of the central tenets of the Bahá’í Faith. In each response, Bahá’u’lláh answers the question of the seeker and then expands on various related spiritual themes. In doing so, Bahá’u’lláh has provided us with a collection of far-reaching significance that is surprisingly applicable to the questions of religious seekers today.
