Lameh Fananapazir

Lameh Fananapazir was born in Iran and spent his youth in Africa. He is a graduate of Edinburgh Medical School, and further specialized in Electrophysiology at Duke Medical Center. He spent two and half years in Haifa, Israel where he was the director of the Health Services at the Bahá’í World Centre and Visiting Professor of Molecular Genetics at Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Dr Fananapazir recently retired from his private practice in Cumberland, Maryland. He is the author of Islam at the Crossroads, which examines the issues that Islam increasingly faces and their potential solutions.
